The process was long, but straightforward. For the 3rd round, I was to submit a case study, which I would then present for a simulated QBR. After waiting for several weeks, I was eventually notified that they would not be moving forward. My only pieces of feedback are related to communication with candidates. Get better with timelines and don’t be afraid to provide some sort of valuable feedback to candidates who won’t be moving forward.
