Airbus Direct Entry Graduate interview questions

The process was a full assessment day which included - a group business case, an hour long interview (mainly behavioural questions, some quite technical questions related to your chosen business function), an hour long psychometric test and a business scenario and ten minute presentation. It was a tough, long day but a very positive experience over all.
