The selection process consists of Test followed by Interview.
The test held in campus which included Aptitude, Verbal, Reasoning and Technical part.
After clearing test, we have to visit their office for interview.
The interview takes place at Airbus Office in Bangalore , It went very smoothly and I have good experience from this interview. Both Technical and HR Interview was there . .

Interview
First Round was online assessment which comprised of Technical + Apptitude questions. Time limit was 90 mins. I cleared the first round. Second round was Technical Interview. There they asked questions related to programming as well as basics of aerostructures and avionics.

They asked two questions regarding programming. First was sorting the array, second was detecting palindrome in an array. Then they asked few questions from aerostructures and communications in flights.

Interview
Hiring team was good they scheduled interview as per convienence. At first your resume will be shortlisted then you will be called for HireVue interview, then if you get shortlisted in that round than your technical interview will be schedule in technical interview they will ask questions related to programming languages like C, C++, Java , Python , C# and they will ask about your projects and will give you mechanical questions also even if you are from non mechanical background.
