Very poor experience. Had an initial screening call for a role with Aalto Haps. The recruitment representative was not very friendly. She was confrontational and argumentative when I gave salary expectations (which was a very standard benchmark range for this type of role and location), and was criticising my CV because her bespoke file viewer could not read it properly, rather than just opening the file. She also did not communicate clearly and overall I thought she was very rude throughout. Invited for an interview but also told I probably wouldn't get the role. I didn't accept the offer for an interview because the experience was so poor that it turned me off working for them.
