I applied online. I interviewed at Airbus (Montréal, QC)
Interview
Very good : meeting with the hr, the managers and then with the team in person.
The exchanges went well and we had very interesting discussions about what I was searching as a job
"The interview at [Company Name] was incredibly positive! The atmosphere was welcoming and professional, and the interviewers engaged in a fascinating conversation about my skills and experiences. Their deep knowledge of the role and genuine enthusiasm for the company left me feeling excited about the potential of joining the team. I was particularly impressed by [specific detail about the interview process or company culture], which aligns perfectly with my values and interests. Overall, it was a top-notch experience that solidified my interest in the position and the company."
I underwent three interviews, each going smoothly for a role that predominantly required proficiency in English. However, the stumbling block arose from my limited proficiency in French, which was not a necessity for the role. Despite the position being entirely conducted in English, my lack of fluency in French has been perceived was the issue, which is not professional of them!
