Airbus interview questions

The first step was a short phone interview with the manager. I was then invited on site with the manager and their manager and asked to prepare a presentation. Finally I had an interview with HR, which felt more like a tick in the box of the process.

Had to give a group presentation and then single interviews. First lasted about 30 mins and had to delegate tasks and then innovate on an existing project. Asked if the interviewee knew about helicopters. Asked me to give examples of teamwork
