Airbus interview questions

Relaxed and informal. Made me feel at ease, with plenty of questions asked and a chance to ask questions too. Attended by HR also, which is standard procedure for any company so don’t be put off by this

Sent CV, completed a game-assessment and got called on-site in Stevenage. The actual interviewer was sick so his replacement told me he would go easy on me and wouldn't ask me any theoretical or hard questions (since I was applying for a student placement). Showed me the site and asked questions about my personality and how I would deal in hypothetical situations. Next day they called me offering the job.
