Airbus interview questions

Went through two rounds of online competency test that tests on your mathematical proficiency and workplace ethics. Interviewed in Filton where there was one round of group work with other candidates to assess teamwork followed by a one-to-one interview. The interview questions were in two categories one testing your technical knowledge on aircraft systems and your engineering thought process and the others were about giving examples that demonstrate your soft-skills like leadership, teamwork and asking about your motivation to work for the company.

the process was conducted in a orderly fashion and the interviewer had a sound knowledge about the subject and there were several batches to reduce the interview time which was great
