Interview
Attending interview at Airbus is waste of time. I had worst experience in HR round of interview. They contacted me for job opportunity in Airbus asked basic details including expected salary. I had already told the HR that if you are fine with my expected salary then only schedule the interview for me otherwise it will be waste of time for both of us. Initially they agreed saying we don't have problem with your expected salary. Later I had attended 2 round of technical interview and cleared the both round. Later they requested me to come for F2F HR round. As per schedule, I reached the Airbus premise and waited for 20 mins outside they a HR called me inside and started asking irrelevant questions like why you changed your job very frequently which they should check before scheduling interviews. Another question, if I will give you the same salary which you are already holding, then will you join us? It's common sense that if I am already holding an offer that means I will expect more than that, which I had already set as condition before attending interviews. But still they asked such irrelevant questions just because they want to do time pass with the candidate who might be traveling too far to reach their office. I think, if company is not ready to match the candidate's expectation then they should not waste someone's time like they did with me.
Please give respect and value to candidate as well as their time.
