I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Airbus (Chester, Engeland) in Apr 2017
Interview
The whole process only took about half a day. It was composed of a group exercise and an interview. The interview was a mixture of standard competency based questions and knowledge of the company/role - the 2 interviewers I had were both lovely. This was followed by an informal chat with current apprentices, which was nice, but I think the time given for this was a little too long.
