Very swift process from applying to getting a telephone interview. Quite technical and really dug around on motivations & knowledge of the industry so really brush up on challenges they are facing, markets they operate in, and future strategy! Got invited down to bristol for a final interview on monday.

Interview
Email contact, then brief HR telephone interview followed by half day interview day (4 candidates). Interview half-day consisted of 60min competency-based CV interview, 30min technical interview, 30min team work exercise and 30min practical exercise. Successful candidates would then be down selected and contacted several days later for a final phone interview with a senior manager.

Interview
Simple -- the basic HR interview followed by an engineering interview. The questions were pretty easy and I'm not sure there were any wrong answers in the HR portion unless you are dirt bag.
