Interview
Applied online for the graduate scheme, finished the aptitude tests. Received call from HR for invitation to the assessment centre. The whole process took 2 months. Assessment centre had a very relaxed environment. Managers were approachable and lovely to speak with as well. It hardly felt like an interview.

Question 1
Generic questions such as: Why Airbus, Have you ever worked with a cost/time constraint, Give an example when you worked in a team and such competency questions. Did not find anything difficult in particular. However, would love to get some feedback on my performance and the reasons for not getting selected.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airbus (Marignane) in Aug 2011
Interview
Un bon point pour la communication et la réception.
Communication par e-mail, téléphone et entretien en direct.
Un mauvais point pour ne pas rembourser les frais de déplacement et de déménagement.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Airbus (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Nov 2010
Interview
The longest interview process I have ever experienced at 7 months, 3 visits to the company. Intelligence tests both maths and reading with time based questions, in theory impossible to complete in the time allowed, some how I managed. Then called back to give a presentation on Network Centric Systems, was a tough audience of three experts on the subject. I passed and was told the job I had applied for had been given to an existing employee, but they created a position for me at the same grade. Offer in writing made, but on the day of signing, they changed the offer, tore up the old and dropped the grade by one to put me under the person who got the position I originally applied for. NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR!
