Airbus interview questions

It was a text book interview. Bombarded with question after question that was nothing more than a personality test.

Interview was really standard with the hiring manager over phone(I was abroad). Pretty much all the questions you can find on career webpages appeared. "What is your motivation" "What can you bring to the job". Usually there suppose to be a second interview with the supervisor of the manager, but in my case they told me later that because I did very good the first interview, and I am an intern, they did not wanted the second one. If you apply for full time position you will get also a personality tests which as an intern I did not have to take.
