Invited to an assessment centre which began with a group activity and presentation. There was also an individual presentation which we were given 45min to prepare for. There were 2 individual interviews: 1 technical and 1 behavioural and an unassessed opportunity to speak to a hire from last year.

One round with the immediate superior and a second round with the department head.
The first session consist of technical questions/grilling questions. The second session is more of a networking session to meet the in-charge.

Interview
2 Days Assessment Centre in Filton near Bristol. The assessment centre was composed by: firstly a Written technical test, followed by a presentation of Airbus and the details about the programme, than a visit of the plant. The next day two personal interviews, 2 group exercises, 1 personal interview, very nice hotel hosted the event. Very good experience, very nice people.
