Airbus interview questions

There was 2 rounds of interview. One round with the immediate superior and a second round with the department head. The first session consist of technical questions/grilling questions. The second session is more of a networking session to meet the in-charge.

2 Days Assessment Centre in Filton near Bristol. The assessment centre was composed by: firstly a Written technical test, followed by a presentation of Airbus and the details about the programme, than a visit of the plant. The next day two personal interviews, 2 group exercises, 1 personal interview, very nice hotel hosted the event. Very good experience, very nice people.
