First interview, there was a virtual interview with multiple people at various company locations. Second interview was in person with multiple people at that location plus one person who was virtual. All questions were very standard for the position. The second position seemed to be about getting to know your personality, versus what's on your resume.

Two interviewers and a process checked knowledge of Airbus business and behavioural questions. Ensure you have examples of your work and relevant scenarios. Review the work history of the interviewer and ask them valuable questions to get an understanding of role.

After multiple technical and managerial assessments, it is unclear why the HR round repeats managerial-style or 'fitment' questions. The managerial panel had already given very positive feedback on the candidate’s performance across four rounds, so the HR round often feels unnecessary and redundant. If the final decision is primarily based on HR’s subjective fitment view, it raises questions about the purpose of the managerial evaluation. Unfortunately, internal politics and referrals also seem to influence the outcome
