Airbus interview questions

An online assessment centre. It starts with a greeting and then candidates are split into groups on the call with a group of HR staff listening in. As a group we were asked to sing a new product and pitch it to a group of engineers. We were asked questions and scrutinised on our decisions and how we operated as a group. after i was interviewed by two engineers where they asked me a range of technical questions such as "how does a plane work". the interview also included typical questions such as my motivations or how my experience is relevant.

Very straightforward, the manager and hr manager were very professional and asked your every day questions as what is your experience and described the work schedule and typical work day.
