Airbus interview questions

Invited to do a one way video interview to support my application. Was then invited to a panel interview with two managers. Followed a week or so later by an interview with the head of the department. I was advised I would hear back by the end of the following week - received an email the following week saying they needed another week. Then radio silence. I followed up with the head of the department - no response received. Then 2 weeks later followed up with members of my panel interview who advised there was a delay and I would hear back in the coming weeks and I haven't heard anything since. Original interview was in October (if my memory serves) and last follow up was December. Pretty disappointing. Would have really valued a follow up call and feedback if I wasn't successful after three interviews.

2/3 Stages (Technical, Managerial, HR). Technical-usually questions related to system (in ref as per job) are asked broadly. They are related to their methods and systems. Sometimes some fundamental questions are asked. A few aptitude questions also asked. In Manager/HR round, usually team compatibility is assesses, together with communication skills. They also check for why we are interested in job and long term objectives.
