While the interview process itself wasn't challenging, it appeared biased from the start. There were strong indications that a preferred candidate had already been selected before interviews commenced. Despite being told the selection would be merit-based, it was evident that favoritism toward a particular consultant outweighed the superior qualifications and experience of other senior program manager candidates.
