Amazon Account Executive interview questions

Applied in March 2017 and was called for an interview in June 2017. Interview with the recruiter was great, he was friendly, easygoing and tried to be on your side and prep you for interviews. Had two phone interviews and then was invited for a loop interview. Phone interviews were great and easy, people were super nice on the phone and easy to talk to. My on-site interview, that's when the bad experience happened. The first person to walk in was a tall gentleman, he looked me up and down and drew his eyebrows together. At that point, I knew it was not good. I kept going and did not even think of anything and kept acting professional, he on the other hand just kept reading his scripts typing and did not seem interested at all. The second one was a French gentleman who pointed out that his wife was also Latin ( I am Latin btw) in any case, although we had something in common (ish) we did not seem to click, he had trouble articulating his words and trouble comprehending mine. The third person also a male, a little nicer, but very robotic ( read script and type answers) which is typical of Amazon. The fourth person was also a gentleman who was supposed to be the bar raiser, he was actually nice but a little condescending. He was telling me that being a VP or Senior Director at Amazon is equivalent to being a C-suite elsewhere ( Great! Thank you but I am not even applying for a manager position, nevertheless a Senior Director or VP) all he wanted to do was boost his own ego but saying that he was an equivalent to a C-suite executive. I did not get an offer but I was honestly very happy I did not. It is clear to me that as previously reported Amazon is not a diverse company and you are hired based on your status, fraternity you were part of the school, that kind of stuff. It is for sure a great innovative company but not diverse at all. In fact, latest diversity report from Amazon states that the workforce is composed of 63% male being 60% white and 3% others and you can clearly see that once you walk in. Not that I have anything against it at all, in fact, I love working in a diverse team and I did not get the feeling that team I interviewed with shared the same perspective on diversity as I did, given that I am a gay latino.
