I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
The process is long and time consuming. All they focus on is the leadership principals. The strangest parts was I was interviewed by five employees 4/5 were Indian. I have nothing against Indians but this was the first time in my professional career I had the same ethnicity in almost 100% of the interview. Other than that is a boat load of time waist . Form the start where I filled out the application to the end it was over a month. The thing that bothered me the most was I got an email stating I was not accepted. I spend over a moth on this interview process and a phone call was to much to ask? Amazon has no respect for People and their time.
