Interview
Phone Screen, followed by online Tech Skills Test, followed by In-Depth Phone Interview. The Phone Screen was very brief, and the questions were vague. They just wanted to see if you are a go-getter. The online test was alright - about 24 questions in one hour. The Phone Interview was quite indepth - about 45 minutes.
