On the Technical side they asked about networking, Linux, How to solve problems, DNS, how the internet Works and about deployments strategies for systems. On the soft skills / leadership principles they asked to tell about a time I did something wrong and how I corrected it, about a time when I improved the efficiency of the process used in the company, about when I did something good. All those questions tie with the leadership principles.
