I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, ) in Oct 2015
Interview
Amazon's interview process is very interesting and challenging. They evaluate your technical skills as well as your professional posture regarding their Leadership Principles. Technical skills are evaluated according to several core IT areas. You can have the required technical skills, but it doesn't guarantee a job offer. It's important to be adherent to the Leadership Principles. There's also a tech challenge before the in-person interviews.
