🔹 Online Assessments: You’ll often take tests to measure your communication, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 HR Interview / Phone Screen: A basic phone/video interview where they’ll ask about your background, skills, and scenario-based questions (e.g., “What would you do if a customer is unhappy?”).
🔹 Operations Manager Interview: Sometimes, there’s an additional interview to assess cultural fit and job-specific skills.
🔹 Offer & Onboarding: If you’re selected, they’ll send you an offer letter, followed by training and onboarding.
The interview process was fairly standard and well-organized. It included a mix of behavioral and situational questions. Communication from the recruitment team was clear, and the overall experience was smooth. Nothing too surprising, but nothing outstanding either.
