Application Form submission, followed by Online Testing. Video interview stage involved pre-recorded questions and interactive exercises. Final competency-based interview conducted by two team members, assessing skills and fit within the team.

I was initially asked to answer behavioral questions and then I had to complete two small excel assignments while my screen was recorded. Last step were two interviews on the same day.
