Amazon Internship interview questions

The interview consists of only behavioral questions, not technical or practical ones. Every question of the 2 30-minutes interviews is of the type "tell me about a time when...", leaving too much subjectivity and bias to the interviewer... In fact, how can one assess if my answer is better than the answer of another potential candidate??
