I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Clemson, SC) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It began with an introduction and overview of the role, followed by behavioral questions focused on leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. The interviewer created a comfortable environment, which made it easy to communicate clearly and confidently.

Question 1
The questions were mainly behavioral and based on real-life experiences. They focused on leadership, handling challenges, working under pressure, and making decisions. I was encouraged to provide specific examples using my past experiences.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
