Interview
One phone interview and one personal interview with a manager. First interview was divided into Spanish and English. After, they reunite papers and sent me to skill test (computer test) and to a manager interview in which the manager had the final part of the process and position offering, this is, contract signing.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
