Very difficult interview process for Account Manager role. The process was disorganized - didn't know who I would be interviewing with. Several questions had nothing to do with the role. I got the sense that some people were very indifferent and others were almost hostile. It was not an engaging atmosphere.

What metrics do you want to view daily to measure your business?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
