Interview
Went for a walk-in, where had 5 rounds which was conducted discontinuously in 3 days.
First day had 2 rounds
1) Online test-
which had General English, simple Maths.
2) Written test-
which had Communicational aptitude, general aptitude like Time and work, percentage, direction problem, Number series, coding and decoding, data interpretation, alpha numeric and synonym, antonyms
2nd day had two rounds
3)GD-
happened amongst 5 members and 2 got selected. (My Topic-AI)
4)HR interview-
Questions from resume, achievements, what makes you motivated? Career goals, they asked too to ask any queries from our side
Last day had one online test
5) Online test-
which had 4 sections,
(i)Fill in the blanks by right words
(ii) Dictation- To listen audio for 30 sec and type that in 90 sec had 20 questions
(iii)Read and right paragraph in our word- a para will be given which have to read for 45sec and to write that what we understand from that in 90sec
(iv) Email writing- Problem statement will be given have to write a letter with not less than 100 word in 9minutes
It was very professional. It was a neat process no panicking and staffs were really polite. Questions were not much difficult, they majorly look for good communication and adaptability. Totally we had three rounds and the interview took place for a week.
The selection process includes two assessments. The first is divided into two parts: a logical reasoning test based on real work-related situations, and an evaluation of personal and professional attitudes. The second assessment is a written language test, tailored to the language required for the specific job position.

Pretty easy.. just have confidence and good communication skills . Had 3-4 rounds. Had tests to clear.. hearing, writing, speaking, reading. Sit with laptop and proper headsets so you can hear the voice properly. Also good internet is necessary.. and you will get through.. very easy
