The Process began with an online analytical exam. continued with a phone interview with a hiring manager. he was very nice and straight to the point. the process ended with a 4 on-site interviews loop

Behavioral questions based on Amazon principals and focused on values that are relevant for the role, such as customer success
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
