I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Portland, OR) in Sep 2024
Interview
It goes through the interview process like people shared online. Starting with phone screening with a recruiter. Technically screening with an Amazon employee from the related department. Then 5 interviews. You got a case to opt in to speak with a current employee to understand their work experience. Each question was asked thoroughly and dive deep into details. No presentation needed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Ol) in Nov 2019
Interview
Standard phone screen process. Call with recruiter to see if you meet the minimums, then a call from the hiring manager or equivalent a few days later. Flew down to in person interviews a few weeks later. Toured the operation (noted deficiencies that were asked about later). 4 person individual interviews. 1 Ops, 1 hiring manager, 1 equivalent EHS manager, 1 HR manager. Overall great experience, straightforward process.
