Interview
Started with working with a third party recruiter. Then a thirty minute phone interview that was scheduled within three weeks. I'm still going through the interview process. If I'm selected to continue I'll either receive another thirty minute phone interview or a five hour in person interview with a majority of my future teammates.

Question 1
Everything is based off of the 14 Amazon pillars. Make sure you're prepped. Since my previous work history was in a slightly different field, I was also asked why I was interested in this position, and why I was changing career paths.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
