Interview
2 entretiens téléphoniques (1 phone screen avec la RH et 1 entretien d'une heure avec la hiring manager).
1 journée d'entretiens physiques (6 heures d'entretien avec 6 personnes différentes). Tous les entretiens sont basés sur les 14 leadership principles.
Les interviewers posent des questions basées sur votre expérience professionnelle et sur ces LP.
Vous devez répondre selon une méthodes spécifiques.
Si vous préparez bien ces entretiens il n'y a pas de surprise.

Question 1
Avez-vous déjà dû vous opposer à votre manager lors de vos anciennes expériences?
Quel est votre plus gros échec, comment expliquez vous cet échec et qu'en avez-vous retiré?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
