well defined interview process. you know from the start which steps you need to go through. Usually, the process is fast. They help you prepare, tell you what to learn before each interview. it's not an easy process but definitely worth it.

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
