5 Rounds of interviews: 2 separate phone interviews, 8 hour in person interview, another interview with a manager, and then a in person case study presentation.
The interview process is very difficult, and the case study took about 10-15 hours to prep for.

Question 1
Interview questions a behavioral intended to probe candidates fir to Amazon's leadership principles.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
