3 rounds on Amazon principles. The same process, every interview is an hour long would ask questions based on 14 principles which you need to answer in STAR approach. Every round almost an hour long and would conduct the process in 1 or 2 days

Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
