Really friendly and relaxed. Great staff there and they make you feel at ease when doing an interview. Definitely recommend applying for a job here. They have an ethos of hiring the best and they do tend to ask a lot of situational questions
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.
