Good communication, recruiters follow up and touch base with you consistently. So many rounds and work to prepare and then they do not tell you how they came up with the decision. Really dumb process and makes no sense.

All Star Method. They stop you while you're answering the question to ask more questions.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
