Interview
Screening call with an Ops Manager. Followed by an interview with two Operations Manager.
The Ops Managers did not seem very highly qualified. Not well articulated. One did not even turn on their video during the call. They were all typing furiously during the call. It felt less like an interview and more like ticking boxes.
I was very excited about this role, but after the interview experience, I was disenchanted. Amazon opertions does not seem like a place where high flyers go. Particularly in Canada. A quick LinkedIn search will confirm.
