Interview
The first round is a phone screen by someone in the team you're applying for. Next, you'll be given a business case followed by a presentation to a panel. Finally, there is a round of 5 consecutive 1:1 interviews. The questions are behavioural in nature.

Tell me about a time you disagree with your manager.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
