i Applied online, contacted by email through recruiter, and scheduled a phone call with a technical Amazonian after 3 weeks. the phone call was long, 2 hours, half technical half behavioral. after 5 days then sent me email that i succeeded and they scheduled a second round of interview which was after 2 weeks of the first, it was very long, 4 hours, with 4 different members, all of them where half technical half behavioral. they were friendly and helpful, some times they act tough to stress you, but at the end if you are professional with high experience you can manage. i wish i will get positive news from them soon after 5 days also.
