I prepared for the interview, passed the pre-selection one
Fixed date and modified the date but no interview happens. Got no feedback from the company.
Compared to other companies and their interview procedure, I thought it was a negative experience

Question 1
Pre-selection period, you have to test on your personal pc, the questions are related with how you deal with Amazon normal daily jobs. They gave you few cases.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
