The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2014
Interview
The recruiter was great and gave lots of information about what to expect and wear. The interview process included 4 separate interviews with different individuals. One interviewer was asking questions about what I would do in a particular situation, but since I only had a basic knowledge of the process, my answer didn't satisfy him. I wasn't taking into account the details of how things were done, because I didn't really know them. His obvious annoyance at my answers made me lose my confidence and I'm sure that's the interviewer that didn't think I was a good fit for the job.

Question 1
How do you handle the situation if a few of your employees are falling behind their expected rate?
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
