El proceso ha sido super sencillo. Preguntas en español sobre porque quiero trabajar en Amazon, mi experiencia previa, y principales learnings de mi puesto actual. Seguido de 3 "behavioural questions". Las questiones tenian follow up, pediendo más detalle.

Tell me about a time you couldn't meet a deadline.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Interview
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
