Getting through the assessments is the toughest part. Interview was an hour long. 2 interviews with 2 area managers or operations managers. Behavioral questions. It’s important to use the star method and they will remind you of that during the interview process.

There were 2 consecutive interviews for the area manager internship position. Both of the interviews asked basic personality and leadership questions, the interviewers were very friendly and both interviews were about 15 minutes long.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
