Wonderful experience. The HR was super friendly and also very professional. Hands down the best interview I have ever given. She also asked me to repeat tongue twisters and it was fun.

Tell me a time when you got a situation where you had to handle 2 people at once.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
