Friendly, on time and average length of time. Some standard questions that most company's will ask but others were tricky, making you think on your feet which is good. Overall average interview but received a better offer and decided to take the other position instead.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
