The atmosphere is casual so don't come in a suit. Khaki's and a Polo are fine. Review the questions on glassdoor. They will ask the same questions so expect it. Use the Star format: Situation, Task, Action, Results. Focus on quantifiable results.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
