Within a few days of applying online I was informed that they would like to schedule a telephone interview; it took a couple of weeks to arrange due to it being in late December.
I was called promptly at the agreed time and the interviewer took a few minutes to introduce himself and get to know me. He was very professional and personable.
There was a simple math flow problem with follow ups, the other questions were all "tell me a time when..."
