Applied through referral and received an online invitation link a week later. The online assesment consisted of two coding questions for 70min + behvaioural questionnaire all conducted online. Easy/Medium leetcode questions.
The interviewer was very friendly and calm. I was given three behavioral questions related to the 16 leadership principles. For the coding question, I was given a Leetcode hard, so I was unable to do it.
